The National Small Business Association (NSBA) names OnviSource CEO and Chairman Ray S. Naeini to their Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country to promote the interests of small businesses to U.S. policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Ray S. Naeini, CEO and Chairman of OnviSource, Inc., headquartered in the Dallas area in Texas, was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest advocacy organization for small business and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis.
Mr. Naeini, a recognized leader in the business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small businesses to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Naeini has served as a senior executive, president, CEO, and board member for a number of mid-size and small public and private companies. He is highly experienced in all facets of managing businesses on a global basis with a demonstrated history of success in delivering software solutions to enterprises, contact centers, and telecom industries. His current company, OnviSource, develops and delivers AI-driven analytics and automation solutions to businesses of all sizes. Mr. Naeini is an innovator, communicator, and result-oriented leader driving growth while building high-performing organizations and management teams.
Mr. Naeini joined the NSBA Leadership Council as part of his efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small businesses, including tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs and how access to capital impacts small businesses. The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small businesses a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals.
