1. Inside Sales Representative (AI and SaaS Solutions)
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving OnviSource’s growth by delivering excellent outreach and closing sales across targeted contact center markets, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Teleservices and TAS, and enterprise-embedded contact centers in BFSI, telecom, healthcare, insurance, etc.
2. Full-Time Subject Matter Expert (SME)
In this role, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our growth by fully understanding OnviSource's products and services, engaging in product requirements and planning, validating products before release, deploying products, training, onboarding customers, and, as required, supporting the company’s sales and marketing organization.
