Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Representative with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS and AI solutions space. This role requires a consultative sales professional who combines technical knowledge and cold calling skills with exceptional sales abilities. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the call center industry, an understanding of AI technology
applications, and possess the drive to work extended hours in pursuit of ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target market segments

  • Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and secure appointments

  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of 3x quota coverage
     

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline with systematic activity tracking and forecasting

  • Close B2B SaaS deals ranging from $30K to $500 K+ Annual Contract Values
     

Consultative Sales Process

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client pain points and objectives

  • Present tailored AI and SaaS solutions that address specific business challenges

  • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations to key stakeholders

  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contract terms to mutual satisfaction
     

CRM Management & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM system

  • Track all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions systematically

  • Provide accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast to management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
     

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

  • Provide ongoing account management and identify expansion opportunities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on technology solutions and industry best practices

  • Ensure seamless handoff to the customer success team post-sale

Required Qualifications

Sales Performance & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience with documented success meeting/exceeding quotas

  • Closing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close sales cycles (2-6 months) with multiple stakeholders

  • Target Achievement: History of consistently achieving 100% + of sales targets year-over-year

  • Experience selling to C-level executives and IT decision makers
     

Industry & Technical Knowledge

  • Call Center Industry: Understanding of call center operations, challenges, and technology solutions

  •  AI Solutions: Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in business environments

  • B2B SaaS: 3+ years selling software-as-a-service solutions to enterprise clients

  • Technical Background: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences 


Sales Skills & Tools

  • Salesforce CRM: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with experience in pipeline management and reporting

  • Cold Calling: Proven success in high-volume cold calling with strong conversion rates

  • Lead Generation: Systematic approach to prospecting and qualifying leads through multiple channels

  • Sales Process: Experience with consultative selling methodologies

What We Offer
 

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

  • Commission Structure: Uncapped commission with accelerators for overachievement
