Customer Relations Management Program CRM Benefits
OnviSource offers a unique customer-centric support program called Customer Relations Management (CRM) Program. It is multi-tiered, consisting of services that assist our customers in many aspects of their business related to our products. This includes technical support, operations, training, communication, marketing, product customization and customer-focused initiatives.
OnviSource has designated a fully empowered CRM Team to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers and to oversee the activities of the CRM Program. This team is made up of senior executives and managers representative of all departments within the company. CRM Team strives to achieve its mission by listening to the market and our customers, establishing sound business practices and developing programs that deliver real value and promote two-way communication.
A dedicated channel of communication has been established for direct access to all members of the CRM Team: communicate@onvisource.com. Customers and employees alike can escalate issues, make product feature requests, suggestions and ideas using this email address or by calling the One Call Solution Center.
CRM Team ensures that the One Call Solution Center and service engineers provide expedient support and satisfactory resolutions for all reported issues. The CRM Team addresses all issues and communications in weekly strategic and tactical meetings.
