Follow Up Message from Our CEO

We at OnviSource wish and hope for your safety and health during this crisis. As a follow up to my previous message, published last week and related to the measures taken by OnviSource to effectively manage the impacts of COVID-19 crisis, I would like to provide an update, as shown below:
All OnviSource organizations continue to be fully functional and prepared to serve our customers
We have successfully completed our special Customer Work-From-Home (WFH) Assistance Program, configuring our products for remote operation.
Despite a sudden increase in customer service requests, our engineering and operation teams have been diligently responding to customer demands.
We have been able to deploy certain new features to improve the productivity of our customers using our solutions
Furthermore, we are also pleased to inform you that we have introduced an entirely free cloud service program for 1 month, called Operation Relief Program, in order to help our customers better manage their agents and employees who work from home.
Our special program offers 1 month of cloud-based analytics and automation solutions for managers to remotely and intelligently automate their QA and Compliance Management, safeguard their customer experience, and automate repetitive tasks performed previously by their employees when at work. Customers will have the option to terminate the service after 1 month of free service with no further obligation of any kind. While we work very hard to serve our customers, we would like your feedback. Your opinion counts and will help us perform better for you. Customer Survey To that end, we have added a survey link to the Service Completion email you normally receive upon completion of your service request. We would certainly appreciate you spending a few minutes to provide us with your thoughts and feedback. Again, we are in this together, and we will triumphally end this crisis.
