Now Hiring: Software & SaaS Sales Representative

Summary

OnviSource, an emerging and growing software and SaaS company is now offering an exciting software and SaaS sales position for qualified candidates with strong drive, energy, and intellect; high standards of business ethics; highly skilled in direct sales and sales through partners; and with verifiable and proven experience and performance in enterprise and contact center software and SaaS solutions for workforce optimization, customer experience management, and business optimization using AI-Driven Analytics and RPA.

Responsibilities

  • Rapid acquisition of knowledge regarding company’s products and services, target markets, value propositions and differentiators in a short period of time

  • Evaluation and analysis of the target markets related  to new prospects and  new resellers in North America

  • Development of sales plans and sales campaigns that can effectively generate qualified sales through new customers and new resellers for company’s products and services

  • Effective and result-oriented cold calling, accessing C-level decision-makers, creating sales leads and sales opportunities and establishing “trusted advisory” relations with C-level positions in target companies

  • Effective execution of approved sales plans through self-generated sales leads, prospecting programs, cold calling, networking and sales campaigns for new customers and resellers

  • Successful management of customer accounts after closure of sales leading to customer satisfaction and consistent generation of new sales opportunities

  • Meeting and exceeding the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. 

  • Full compliance with company’s value system, standard business practices, sales management processes, sales contracts, product configurations-pricing and business management processes.

  • Maintaining complete and adequate record of all sales activities using company’s Salesforce.com CRM; and providing timely and accurate management reports regarding sales pipeline status and other sales activities

  • Work closely with product and operations team to offer best solutions to prospects and customers 

Qualifications

for direct sales and sales through reseller partners.

  • Minimum 8 years of direct experience in successfully selling software and SaaS Enterprise Solutions, directly and through resellers, to call centers and enterprises for workforce optimization, customer experience management and workforce optimization using AI-driven analytics and RPA .  All other experiences will be considered irrelevant.

  • Experienced in acquiring new resellers in addition to new end customers, and with familiarity and relations with applicable and existing resellers in North America 

  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully and consistently meeting and exceeding the sales targets and delivering growing sales, not just on an annual basis, but certainly on quarterly measures. 

  • Highly coachable and flexible in learning and implementing new directions in sales, sales activities, and sales skills. 

  • Highly skilled and experienced in developing market demand, generating sales leads, prospecting, networking, and cold calling

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and sales presentation skills

  • Minimum BS or BA college degree in business, marketing, or technology from an accredited and reputable institution

  • Assertive and persuasive personality in creating and winning sales opportunities and delivering positive results

  • Highly intelligent, energetic, self-motivated, and self-disciplined with an excellent daily time management skill to effectively attend the activities and generate results

  • No-nonsense, hard-working, passionate, driven, result-oriented and dedicated with high standards of personal integrity, work ethics, teamwork, and professional business practices

  • Must have minimum 4 years of employment with each past employer and with clear demonstration of meeting and exceeding targets in each company.
