Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Summary

OnviSource is currently seeking a no-nonsense, highly qualified and experienced Manager with high standards in business ethics to expand and manage a highly successful sales organization to market and sell Company’s complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions, directly or through channel partners, to a broad range of industries in the entire North America territory - as well as creating and building a productive infrastructure for sales presentations, proposals, sales campaigns, and sales lead generation.

OnviSource’s enterprise software and SaaS, offered to medium and large enterprises, provide solutions in Intelligent Automation (IA) and used for Workforce Optimization (WFO), Multichannel-Multimedia Analytics, Customer Experience Management (CXM), Process Automation and Business Process Management (BPM), Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
 

  1. Rapidly and fully understand Company’s complex solutions, value propositions, target markets, existing customer base, sales activity management tools, processes and CRM (Salesforce.com)

  2. Successfully staff and manage the sales organization selling Company’s complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions to C-Level of medium and large enterprises in North America, consistently meeting and exceeding the organization’s monthly-quarterly-annual sales quotas

  3. While positively assuring the attainment of monthly sales quotas by Company’s current sales organization, rapidly expand the current small organization through hiring and training highly qualified sales personnel where each sales person successfully sells and exceeds his/her monthly-quarterly-annual quotas. Candidate is required to hire successful sales personnel that reported to candidate in previous companies, with candidate’s confidence in the new hires success with OnviSource  

  4. Building a highly productive sales infrastructure and contents to effectively generate and manage sales presentation, value propositions, sales proposals, sales campaigns and sales leads 

  5. Develop new, relevant and high performing channel partners to significantly expand the booking volume

  6. Establish Company’s reputation and branding through expansion in sales and market share

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Stable, consistent and growing work experience with minimum 4 years with each previous employer

  • Minimum 5-8 years of verifiable, highly successful and direct experience in managing sales and business development organizations of 5 or more personnel

  • Minimum 8-10 years of direct experience in successfully selling and developing new businesses for complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions mentioned in this Job Definition, offered to medium and large companies

  • Verifiable and demonstrable track record of success in building and managing sales teams and sales infrastructures, channel partners, and new businesses – always meeting and exceeding the monthly-quarterly-annual quotas 

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degrees in business, technology or similar formal educations from an accredited institution

Highly Skilled with Proven Records in:

  • Rapid acquisition of knowledge related to Company’s products, markets, customer base, processes and tools

  • Developing comprehensive and quality new business and channel development plans with superior research and planning skills

  • Hiring, onboarding and managing sales and business development personnel – Making every employee highly successful

  • Building sales infrastructure and contents in presentations, proposals, value propositions, campaigns and lead generation

  • Daily and close management of business development and sales personnel; assuring their tactical and strategic success 

  • Reaching C-Level executives and establishing a trusted advisor relation

  • Consultative and solution selling

  • New and complex business acquisition

  • Timely sales barrier resolutions and sales closures

  • Establishing and managing new channel partners, and making each channel highly productive in delivering sales to OnviSource 

  • Successfully selling workforce optimization, analytics, process automation and customer experience management software licenses or cloud/SaaS solutions to contact centers and enterprises, both direct and through resellers

  • Being a successful sales person and sell by himself/herself and in addition to his/her own employees
