Our nation, and the entire globe, is facing an unprecedented situation. The Coronavirus pandemic is now affecting our businesses, lifestyles, families and all aspects of our lives. And our hearts go out to those who have been affected by Coronavirus, as well as our appreciation and admiration to those who are bravely and selflessly assisting affected people.
Nevertheless, we are a nation of resilience and we will overcome the challenges caused by this global pandemic. It is crisis like this that will strengthen our relations and reinforce our commitment to care for each other.
We at OnviSource have taken several measures to provide care and services necessary to our customers, employees and constituents while enduring the crisis. The following are major examples of our measures implemented to better manage the crisis at hand.
In the last 2 years, OnviSource moved almost every tool, application and communication resource vital to our daily operation to the cloud and made them accessible to all our employees from anywhere and at any time. Such an arrangement has made it possible for all our employees to work and assist our customers from anywhere, including working from home.
Our Customer Service organization is fully equipped and available to provide necessary technical support to our customers. We have also augmented our Customer Service group with individuals from our engineering organization to assist our service engineers when needed.
We published a service bulletin to all our customers reminding them that they can utilize our products remotely in the event they need to have their employees work from home. Our service organization has been assisting our customers in configuring our systems for remote operation every day since the publication of our service bulletin.
All OnviSource organizations, including accounting, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, engineering and executive management, are fully functional and available to assist our customers and continue to attend our business as usual.
On a personal note, it has been an inspiring and exciting experience for me to see that every employee of OnviSource is so committed and prepared to go beyond the line of duty during this crisis in order to attend and care for our customers and the business of OnviSource.
