The 2021 Annual Meeting of the OnviSource Equipment Owners (OEO) Association will be held February 9th-10th via virtual Zoom meetings.

Virtual Event Details:
This year's agenda will include member-led learning sessions, OnviSource product training, OnviSource's "State of Union" update, round table discussions, and a virtual Happy Hour.
Guest Speaker: Randy Ripkey, with TASBiller, will discuss new cloud billing software.
Sessions will be 30-40 minutes with live Question & Answer (Q&A) sessions following each presentation. Q&A will take place in a panel format where members can virtually raise their hand to ask questions or submit questions via a chat function.
Recorded presentations will be available to paid members after the event. The event will be free of charge but will require pre-registration.
Virtual Event Platform:
OEO will host the Annual Meeting using the Zoom conference platform. When you register, you will receive the appropriate links and details for joining the meeting.
Virtual Conference Agenda:
The Virtual Conference will be split up over the 2 days (Feb 9th & 10th). Conference sessions will be 40-45 minute time slots with breaks in between each session.
Virtual Conference Care Package:
A care package will be sent to members who have pre-registered for the Virtual Conference by January 15th. The Care Package includes special treats and items to commemorate the meeting and add a bit of fun.
Virtual Happy Hour
The virtual Happy Hour will offer OEO Members the opportunity to put names with faces and members they don't know, reconnect with those they do and socialize with the OnviSource team in a casual environment.
