OnviSource offers integration with OnviCord for a wide variety of switches, dialers, and applications. Many customers do have applications that can be tightly integrated with OnviCord, providing improvements in their business process and cost savings.

OnviCord SDK
The OnviCord Software Development Kit (SDK) provides third-party integration to the OnviCord recording and quality management system. This interface will allow predictive dialers and CRM packages to control when a recording takes place, what agent is associated with each recording, and attach pre-defined and user-defined data to each recording.

The OnviCord SDK is provided as a standard Windows thread-safe DLL compatible with Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP, and 2003 Server. Most standard development languages should be able to dynamically load this DLL.

Documentation, supporting files, and sample projects are provided for Visual C++. Use of other development environments requires the developer to interpret these in the context of the native language.

OnviCord SDK Support
Once users have purchased OnviCord's SDK and complied with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, basic SDK support is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. CST. An expanded level of support is available for a per day fee.
