OnviTrax Miner reads raw data extracted by OnviTrax Capture. Through regular expressions, string searches and column and line-specific queries, the mined material is stored into pre-defined fields within tables . Custom fields may be created to facilitate searches using keywords.

OnviTrax Miner can scrub single or multiple databases of unwanted data and duplicates based on parameters defined by the user in a fraction of the time it would take if performed manually. All of the functions mentioned above are accessed through the management dashboard, OnViews.

Capturing and mining processes can be scheduled to download information automatically at any time of day or night. Once the mining process is complete the desired account data can be uploaded into OnviTrax Script and assigned to groups or agents.

The end product is a well-defined database of prospects targeted to put agents in touch with decision-makers and help them close transactions that produce the best possible campaign results in the shortest period of time.
