Lightweight Active Directory Protocol (LDAP)
Gain the benefit of maintaining single user names and passwords to access OnviCord applications with LDAP. Authentication via Microsoft Active Directory allows users to utilize their existing Windows® user names and password to login to all OnviCord applications.
- Integration password management is handled by the customer's existing Active Directory. Once a user account is set up in the OnviCord PRO system, any changes made on the domain (Active Directory) are automatically propagated to OnviCord PRO applications.
- Before allowing access to OnviCord PRO applications, user credentials are validated against customer's domain controller during log on.
- Auto-login to OnviCord Agent client application and screen capture application. OnviCord Agent can now be set to auto-start and login via your Active Directory user credentials during Windows start up.
- Supports multiple domains from a single data server.
Data and Service Portals
OnviNet Data and Service Portals provide a mechanism for accessing data from the OnviCenter database. This allows users to create customized reports or pull data into third party applications and databases. Data and service portals maintain the integrity of the OnviCenter system while providing a platform for users to run ad hoc queries and reports against the data of interest to them.
Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance
Using Integra with OnviCord PRO, customers can assure PCI compliance with pause/resume functionality for PCI DSS through the Integra proxy API, which allows CRM packages to send a message to the OnviCord PRO recording service to pause and then resume recording during the gathering of sensitive data such as credit card CVV.
PCI DSS: For encryption, OnviCord employs Microsoft 128-bit, Triple DES file encryption, with a key required for decryption. Call recordings and screen captures can be manually paused/resumed when sensitive customer information is being relayed. To automate the pause/resume process, OnviSource offers a proxy and pause/resume capabilities: a customer's CRM system triggers a pause when an agent is entering data in a confidential field, and resumes when the agent moves on to a non-confidential field.
Enterprise Application Integration
Users can insert recording hyperlinks into enterprise CRM applications so recordings are playable from the enterprise application. Insert CRM account numbers, ID's and more to the call recording to further enhance search capability.
