OnviCord Web offers simple, web-based access to a robust tool-set that provides everything needed to manage your call information quickly and easily.

Search & Playback

Searches are performed through OnviCord Web. They can be very broad or focused. Search recordings based on user, length, date, time, account, incident, or other identifiers you define.

A search results page is automatically displayed and recordings are available for immediate playback.

Using our Recent Recordings view eliminates the need to search for the most recent recordings. They are automatically displayed and can be refreshed for instant access.

Recordings can be listened to individually or selected for playback in a sequential order. To review recordings of multiple users and/or channels captured during the same period of time, synchronized playback is another replay option.

Reports

Run reports and analyze call activity based on some or all users, channels or groups for a specific time frame. Multiple reports can be merged for in-depth analysis.

Report options will determine how your report will look and what information it will include. A format drop-down menu makes is easy to select from a wide range of preferences such as login, recording and scoring activities. Recording statistics and user statistics display columns of text. All other reports display as a color bar charts that include numerical values.

OnviCord is configured to save recorded information in .wav format and provides a friendly interface to facilitate the exchange of recordings via email.

System logs track the data associated with system activity. Information technology personnel wanting such information can view these logs in OnviCord Web.
