OnviCord Monitor

Onvicord Monitor enables supervisors or other authorized users to monitor calls in progress for quality assurance, training, or evaluation from virtually any location. Monitor live voice and screen activities from the desktop with no additional equipment required.

Users can be monitored in a variety of ways. Choose a specific channel to be monitored or seek channels for live activity. OnviCord Monitor will move through channels until it finds one with activity. It then stops and remains there for monitoring.

Live Monitor
When scanning, OnviCord Monitor continuously moves through channels until it finds one that is active. It will stop for a designated period of time and then move to the next active channel.

Notes, color codes, and flags can be assigned as identifiers to recordings through OnviCord Monitor. This information aids in defining searches for retrieval later.
