For organizations using trunk side recording, OnviCord can configure CTI to gather call information from the switch and capture agent login without the need for agent access to a PC. With full CTI, users can live monitor in real time and playback recordings instantly.
CASH CTI
OnviCord incorporates a third party software package, Call Accounting Software by Hansen (CASH), to capture recordings and call details trunk side during operating hours. Later, both pieces of data are combined and available for search and playback. This solution is ideal in an environment that doesn’t require real-time access to recordings. Our CASH CTI supports a large number of switches.
OnviCord Agent CTI
Add CTI performance and features without additional overhead and capitol outlay. OnviCord’s OnviCord Agent enables free agent seating without costly PBX upgrades or CTI servers. OnviCord associates agents with corresponding recordings by correlating agent ACD login and station side activity. This is an economical software-driven solution for PC workstations and consequently provides a very affordable option.
OnviCord also supports multiple predictive dialer interfaces. OnviCord records only calls triggered by the dialer and not the switch.
