Portica Voice Mail

OnviCall Portica Voicemail is an integrated system capable of receiving, storing and delivering voice messages utilizing three of the most common systems which use standard internet and/or analog protocols: PSTN, PBX or LAN.  Portica VM is capable of supporting PRI, T1 Robbed Bit, as well as analog telephone lines.

As a voicemail system, Portica VM stands out because it supports a virtually unlimited number of mail boxes, making it an ideal solution for small, medium and enterprise-sized applications.

Portica ICD automatically routes calls to an almost unlimited number of local groups, remote groups or mixed groups of agents to ensure that calls are distributed properly to agents with the required skill set for effective handling.
