Expanded Release 5.2 Deployment is Under Way
For the past several weeks, OnviSource has deployed OnviCenter
5.2, its latest software release, to a number of customers on a controlled and selective basis. Thus
far, Release 5.2 has been tested and integrated with a wide range of customer-specific networks,
applications and operational functions. Customers have reported positive results with their new upgrade.

OnviSource Introduces New Service Engineers
|
|
|
During first quarter of this year, OnviSource ramped up resources in the Service department by
adding four additional service engineers dedicated to technical support.
OnviSource is pleased to announce that Dustin Schroeder, previously a
test engineer, was promoted to Service Supervisor. Justin Smith was promoted to
Technical Support from manufacturing services. New employees, Keith Heavener and
Galon Kanmore
, were brought on board to round out the expanded support staff. All four engineers have been
cross-training on the OnviCenter product suite since January.
OnviSource is proud of the progress these men have made in a relatively short
period of time. Already, they have provided valuable phone support to many OnviSource customers.
Please join us in welcoming them to the OnviSource team! As you can see from survey results compiled
through first quarter, OnviSource is achieving its objective of excellent customer service and support.

While completing a controlled release of OnviCenter 5.2 to our customer base, OnviSource is moving forward with several major initiatives.
Our CRM Program has been successful in improving communication and assisting customers in all aspects of their business.
The CRM Team continues to administer and monitor the deployment of Release 5.2, while directly supporting and resolving customer-specific issues.
A new product development team is working on the future release of OnviCenter 6.X. OnviSource is pleased to introduce OnviCenter Release 6.X (formerly named 5.3 and 5.4).
