OnviSource Continues Rollout of OnviCenter 5.2

For the past several weeks, OnviSource has deployed OnviCenter 5.2, its latest software release, to a number of customers on a selective basis. Thus far, we have accommodated a wide range of networks and operational functions. Customers have reported positive results since migrating.

OnviCenter 5.2 brings fundamental changes to users, thus OnviSource is scheduling a controlled migration to ensure that the proper resources and support needed for a successful upgrade and cut-over is available to resolve unexpected issues.

A team of our engineers and technical support personnel is dedicated to the deployment, while directly supporting and resolving customer-specific issues.

Our Customer Relation Management (CRM) program, introduced approximately six months ago, has been successful in assisting customers in all aspects of their business and is aggressively managed by our CRM Team.
