Beyond OnviCenter Release 5.2

While completing a controlled release of OnviCenter 5.2 to our general customer base, OnviSource is moving forward with several major initiatives. We remain on course with these initiatives and strategies to further develop customer satisfaction and communication while delivering customer-focused product and service solutions.

Our Customer Relation Management (CRM) program, introduced approximately six months ago and managed by our empowered CRM Team, has been very successful in significantly improving communication and assisting our customers in all aspects of their business. The CRM program will remain first priority in our company.

Our CRM Team will closely administer and monitor the deployment of Release 5.2 through a dedicated team of engineers and technical support personnel to communicate, schedule, deploy while directly supporting and resolving customer-specific issues.

OnviSource engineering will continue to enhance Release 5.2 performance, usability and feature sets in addition to responding directly to customer needs and requirements.

A new product development team is working on the future release of OnviCenter 6.X. OnviSource is pleased to introduce OnviCenter Release 6.X (formerly named 5.3 and 5.4). We strongly believe that OnviCenter Release 6.X, consisting of a family of software releases throughout the year 2007, is a significant step forward in offering new capabilities, highly demanded by our customers and our market trends.

The suite of OnviCenter Release 6.X will include the following major features:

  1. Enhanced OnviTrax Auto-Agent – An integrated auto-scripting, auto-messaging, screen management and intelligent workload distribution that fully automates the agent's interactions and transactions, preventing mistakes and ensuring a superior customer experience. OnviTrax Auto-Agent will automate the use of OnviCenter business applications, such as Teleservices, answering services, scheduling and dispatching and our new order processing-fulfillment application.
  2. OnviCall TeleCommerce is the new order processing and fulfillment application. Automated through OnviTrax Auto-Agent, it will offer integrated answering services, order processing, inventory management, credit card processing, dispatching, shipping and the billing applications. OnviCall TeleCommerce will provide an opportunity to enhance your business beyond traditional answering services.
  3. Major contact center optimization features such as workforce management and performance optimization management will be included in OnviCenter Release 6.X, further optimizing the functions of call center forecasting and agent scheduling; as well as measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  4. OnviCenter Release 6.X will also introduce OnviCenter Virtual Application Network (VAN) to directly address the distribution of call center applications amongst geographically or logically distributed agents due to a variety of business and technical needs such as traffic overflow, skill-based routing, disaster recovery, redundancy, agent-at-home, etc.
  5. OnviCenter Release 6.X will also incorporate a series of features and enhancements requested by our customers through our formal PREFER LIST process.

Our CRM Team is in the process of preparing various communications to fully inform our customers of the above initiatives. This information will be released in the next several weeks.
