
While completing a controlled release of OnviCenter 5.2 to our general customer base, OnviSource is moving forward with several major initiatives. We remain on course with these initiatives and strategies to further develop customer satisfaction and communication while delivering customer-focused product and service solutions.
Our Customer Relation Management (CRM) program, introduced approximately six months ago and managed by our empowered CRM Team, has been very successful in significantly improving communication and assisting our customers in all aspects of their business. The CRM program will remain first priority in our company.
Our CRM Team will closely administer and monitor the deployment of Release 5.2 through a dedicated team of engineers and technical support personnel to communicate, schedule, deploy while directly supporting and resolving customer-specific issues.
OnviSource engineering will continue to enhance Release 5.2 performance, usability and feature sets in addition to responding directly to customer needs and requirements.
A new product development team is working on the future release of OnviCenter 6.X. OnviSource is pleased to introduce OnviCenter Release 6.X (formerly named 5.3 and 5.4). We strongly believe that OnviCenter Release 6.X, consisting of a family of software releases throughout the year 2007, is a significant step forward in offering new capabilities, highly demanded by our customers and our market trends.
