Our Dear TAS Customers;

It was indeed a pleasure to attend the CEO Association Event last week in Dallas . Thank you to those of you who participated in OnviSource's daytime and evening events. We hope your experience was positive and beneficial.

For all of our customers, I would like to summarize our commitments to you:

  1. Customer Relation Management (CRM) is the number one priority for OnviSource. Our CRM initiatives, managed by our CRM Board, including our seven (7) customer-oriented programs, will be the primary initiative for OnviSource.
  2. We will certainly continue delivering frequent and effective customer communication, timely resolutions to service and product issues; as well as “listening” and “responding” to your needs.
  3. We will actively deploy OnviCenter Release 5.2 while rapidly resolving the deployment issues with the objective of upgrading your environment to our latest solutions as soon as possible.
  4. We will continue delivering additional solutions through OnviCenter Releases 5.3 and 5.4.
  5. OnviSource will provide you the details and specifics of our service programs.
  6. Our “PREFER” List (PRoduct Enhancements and FEature Request List) is being further studied. Our upcoming product release documents will describe the incorporation and the release schedules for the requirements recorded on the PREFER List.
  7. We will participate in CEO and TAS events. We will continue our strong support for the CEO Association, CEO Board and all of the members through close communication, special programs and other sponsorships. It is my understanding that there is a possibility that the CEO Association Event for next year may take place in Dallas . If so, that is wonderful news!
