This is the first in a series of periodic and informative e-news communications
to keep you abreast of all that's happening at OnviSource.

OnSite Customer Support Pages

OnviSource has developed brand new web pages exclusively for our customers. We
refer to this support section of our website as "OnSite".
We have also implemented another channel for communication called “OnBoard” to facilitate
your direct feedback, product requests, suggestions, issues or complaints. Registered customers can
directly communicate with OnviSource via communicate@onvisource.com.
This email address is not intended to replace our standard customer service contact, the One Call
Solution Center, but rather to receive your thoughts, suggestions and concerns. You may also send us
ideas to be posted for the benefit of all other customers. We will review each email and respond
directly in a timely manner. Ultimately, these exchanges will be posted for viewing within the
Customer Support pages on our website. OnBoard will be a powerful tool for open communication
between OnviSource and our customers, as well as between customers themselves.
Register now for a user name and password to gain access to documentation like user manuals, release
notes and help files.

OnviCenter Release 5.1
|
|
|
|
OnviCenter 5.1 is new generation software and was architected to provide performance
improvements and a more efficient platform for all of the products integrated into the suite. Review the
software Release Notes to see exactly what's been done to improve performance and enhance features.
Yet to come... OnviSource is currently working with a handful of TAS customers to convert AccuCall
systems to the latest OnviCall 5.1 version. Upon completion, we will share with you the details of the
conversion process. It is our intention to provide documentation, technical assistance and automated
utilities to make conversion as easy as possible.
