Success Across the Board in the First Half of 2007
The first half of 2007 marks an outstanding set of accomplishments for OnviSource. Thanks to our dedicated employees and our loyal customers, we made great progress in all areas of our financials and business.
We completed the first half with growth in both revenues and profitability. Our second quarter financials were the highest, in total revenues and operating profits, since the inception of OnviSource in 2004. Recent counts show that we have doubled the number of employees since that time.
Our Customer Relation Management (CRM) Program has been well received and has provided significant results in establishing positive communication with our customers, effective resolution of customer issues and improved quality of our services. We will continue our strong focus and dedication to this program.
The completion and deployment of OnviCenter Release 5 was another major milestone. Release 5 vertically integrates our various customer interaction management products,
using a strong and proven architecture, to offer reliable, cost effective solutions. OnviCenter Release 5 offers a platform for growth for both our customers and our company.
While continuously improving, expanding and supporting our Release 5, we moved forward with the development of OnviCenter Release 6.X, the next direction in our vision and product strategies. Release 6.X, built entirely on Release 5.X, will deliver:
Comprehensive Contact Center Business Applications – Order-Claim Processing and Fulfillment, Teleservices, Medical and Emergency, Telemarketing and Campaign Management
Highly integrated Work Force Optimization (WFO) Solutions – Call Recording, QA/QM, Work Force Management (WFM) and Performance Management
Auto-Agent – An exciting and highly productive software tool that unifies and automates agent desktops and interactions through intelligent distribution of jobs, automated and pre-populated screens, automated workflow management using auto-scripts and auto-messaging.
Beta testing of OnviCenter Release 6.0 is now in progress.
Our outsourcing and call center division achieved significant growth and diversification in the first half of this year. For the fourth year, At&t recognized OnviSource as number one in
generating annual revenues. Our Verizon contract achieved 250% growth in revenues in the first six months of this year. We have been evaluating two additional opportunities with two major U.S. telecom service providers.
While expanding our call center facilities in Oklahoma , OnviSource is pleased to announce the opening of our call center facility in Plano (Dallas Area), Texas . This new facility accounts for the expansion of several of our outsourcing programs and acts as a redundant or disaster recovery center.
Both of our call center facilities fully utilize OnviCenter Release 5 technologies. Their experience with the product has become a valuable source of feedback, allowing us to modify and improve features and assess the relevance of our products in a real-world application.
We are extremely excited about where we are heading in the second half of this year with our new product releases, innovative customer-focused programs, expansion in all organizations of our company and call centers and the growth of our customer base.
