Ray S. Naeini - Chairman, CEO and President
Ray Naeini is Chairman of Board of Directors, CEO and President of OnviSource. He is also Chairman and CEO of Omvix Group, a Texas-based Investment and Business Management Company with investments in OnviSource and other business entities. Ray serves as an Executive Board Member with Southern Methodist University (SMU), School of Engineering in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Naeini held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors with Davacord, Inc., before OnviSource acquired the company in August 2005.
Mr. Naeini has over 26 years of experience in telecom, call center and software industries serving public, private and venture-backed companies as Chairman, CEO, President or Senior Executive. Ray has successfully developed and grown telecom and software businesses on a global basis and in North America, Europe, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa by creating, marketing and delivering innovative technologies and solutions such as wireless prepaid products and managed services, enterprise and network software applications, network-based multimedia messaging, intelligent network platforms, and contact center software and business process outsourcing services.
Ray served as President of InterVoice-Brite NSD, a $250MM public and global telecom and enterprise application provider; as the CEO and President of Nexidia, Inc., a private software company in call center and government intelligence markets; and as President of Intellicall Inc., an $85MM public telecom company. He also co-founded a startup computer company in mid 80's, leading to a successful IPO.
Mr. Naeini is responsible for establishing company's strategic directions and managing all aspects of OnviSource. Ray has been guiding OnviSource with the vision of pioneering the industry in offering an “ecosystem of highly affordable suite of Workforce Optimization and Automation (WFO-A) solutions offered to contact centers and enterprises as software products, SaaS, managed services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services – collectively supported by a set of Customer Lifecycle Assistance Services beyond conventional customer support programs.”
In order to effectively and rapidly implement such a vision, Mr. Naeini pursued an acquisition strategy to integrate call center software products and outsourcing solutions from certain emerging companies with innovative products and established customer base. The acquisition strategy was successfully implemented in 2004 and 2005 through acquisition and integration of three companies with more than 20 years of combined experience in call center products and outsourcing services: Davacord, Inc., (formerly VoiceLogger), CadCom Telesystems, Inc., and Business Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Naeini has actively led the company to build a strong, profitable and growth-oriented foundation based on a highly ethical and uncompromised value system, an emphasis on employee well-being, training and growth; innovation in everything, high standards of performance and a customer loyalty-driven operation. Ray has two Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and holds several patents in telecommunications and software technologies.

Jack Baldwin - Chief Strategy Officer
Jack Baldwin serves as company's Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member. Jack is responsible for business development and sales activities related to company's ecosystem of solutions to major and strategic accounts. In his role, Jack defines and delivers sales strategies for company's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), managed services, SaaS and strategic alliances.
Jack is the original founder of Business Solutions which was later acquired by OnviSource. Jack is recognized for his leadership in business entrepreneurship. He received the 2001 Oklahoma Venture of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Investment Forum, an award presented only to companies contributing significantly to the state's economic growth, productivity and innovation. Jack was also designated 2001 Innovator of the Year for Technology by the Oklahoma Journal Record; and was recognized for the growth and development of VoiceLogger.
Jack assumed control of CadCom Telesystems in 1995 and grew it into a leading call center and messaging system manufacturer. His work with call centers brought about the development of one of the country's leading digital voice recording systems, produced by Davacord.

Anita N. Hubbard - Executive Vice President, Business Management and Outsourcing Solutions
Anita N. Hubbard serves as Corporate Officer and a Board Member for OnviSource. Ms. Hubbard is responsible for both corporate business management and company's outsourcing services. As a corporate officer, Anita oversees company's strategic business and financial planning, business process management (BPM), corporate business ethics and compliances, contract management and investor-constituent relations. As an executive in charge of company's outsourcing services, she manages OnviSource's Business Solutions Divisions (BSD) and its contact centers in Texas and Oklahoma that collectively offer Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, Managed Services and SaaS.
Ms. Hubbard served in various progressive and management positions in financial and accounting management of Baron and Budd, P.C.; managing financial analysis, client financial transactions and cash management. As a principle with Omvix, Inc. since 2002, Anita performed extensive duties in the due diligence of contact centers and the analysis of their business, financials, industry trends and operations management, resulting in major contributions to the incorporation of OnviSource and its subsequent acquisition initiatives and strategies.
Ms. Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas.
