Ray S. Naeini - Chairman & CEO
Ray Naeini is Chairman and CEO of OnviSource, Inc. He is also Chairman and CEO of Omvix Group, a Texas based Investment and Business Management Company with investments in OnviSource and other business entities. Ray serves as an Executive Board Member with Southern Methodist University (SMU), School of Engineering in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Naeini held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors with Davacord, Inc., before OnviSource acquired the company in August 2005.

Mr. Naeini has over 26 years of experience in the telecom, call center and software industries serving public, private or venture-backed companies as Chairman, CEO, President or Senior Executive. Ray has successfully developed and grown telecom and software businesses and has delivered innovative technologies to global markets in North America, Europe, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Ray served as President of InterVoice-Brite NSD, a $250MM public and global telecom and enterprise application provider; as the CEO and President of Nexidia, Inc., a private software company in call center and government intelligence markets; and as President of Intellicall Inc., an $85MM public telecom company. He also co-founded a startup computer company in the early 80's, leading to a successful IPO.

Ray has been guiding OnviSource with the vision of offering contact center “Integrated-Workflow” software and outsourcing solutions, providing fully integrated, easy-to-use and highly affordable call processing, call recording, quality assurance, performance optimization and business applications conveniently available for capital purchase and as hosted and outsourcing services.

The “Integrated-Workflow” vision was conceived in response to the call center industry's now matured requirements, readiness and need for packaged, integrated and affordable solutions, and the demand for “buy-or-lease” options.

In order to effectively implement such a vision, Mr. Naeini pursued an acquisition strategy to integrate call center products and outsourcing solutions from emerging companies with established products and customer base. The acquisition strategy was successfully implemented in 2004 and 2005 through acquisition and integration of three companies with more than 20 years of combined experience in call center products and outsourcing services; Davacord (formerly VoiceLogger), CadCom Telesystems and Business Solutions.

Mr. Naeini has been actively leading the company to build a strong foundation based on a highly ethical and uncompromised value system, innovation in everything, high standards of performance, an employee-oriented environment and a customer loyalty-driven operation.

Ray has two Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and holds two patents in telecommunication and software technologies.

Jack Baldwin - Chief Strategy Officer
Jack Baldwin is Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member of OnviSource, Inc. He is the original founder of the Business Solutions before being acquired by OnviSource. He is also the CEO and Chairman of Baldwin Group, Inc., one of the investment companies in OnviSource.

Jack is recognized for his leadership in business entrepreneurship. He received the 2001 Oklahoma Venture of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Investment Forum, an award presented only to companies contributing significantly to the state's economic growth, productivity and innovation. Also designated as 2001 Innovator of the Year for Technology by the Oklahoma Journal Record, Jack was recognized for the growth and development of Davacord.

Jack assumed control of CadCom Telesystems in 1995 and grew it into a leading telephone call center and messaging system manufacturer. His work with Call Centers brought about the development of one of the country's leading digital voice recording systems, DigiVoice, produced by Davacord. Jack's contact with phone services led to the creation of Business Solutions and the development of relationships with national telecom providers.
